Latest Updates from Southern New Hampshire University

Good news from Southern New Hampshire University – The private university in the United States, located just an hour’s drive from Boston, has announced a tuition fee reduction of up to 50% for on-campus programs.

The undergraduate tuition fee at SNHU is now only 15,000 USD per year. Additionally, the MBA program tuition is 21,000 USD FOR THE ENTIRE 30-CREDIT PROGRAM (10 courses), completed within 1 year.

With its convenient location and highly affordable tuition, SNHU is currently attracting significant attention from international students and parents who are seeking a reasonable option for successful study in the USA.

According to the latest information provided for the Fall 2021 intake at the Manchester campus, SNHU requires all incoming students to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of exemption for medical/religious reasons. SNHU will accept vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Answers to some common student questions regarding COVID-19 vaccination:

  • If I don’t have a vaccine, can I still come to SNHU?

Access to COVID-19 vaccines in the United States is determined on a state-by-state basis. Currently, international students residing in New Hampshire may receive the vaccine (free of charge). SNHU’s Health Center will work to facilitate access to COVID-19 vaccination for international students coming to the United States whenever possible.

  • Can I use a vaccine from my home country?

SNHU will accept COVID-19 vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (WHO). If students arrive in the United States with a vaccine not approved by WHO, they will be supported to access an FDA-approved vaccine as soon as possible.

  • Do I need to quarantine upon arrival?

According to CDC guidelines, international students without a WHO-approved vaccine will need to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival in the United States and should plan to arrive in New Hampshire by August 12.

International students who are fully vaccinated with WHO-approved vaccines will be exempt from travel-related quarantine requirements and should plan to arrive on campus by August 23.

In the coming weeks, Southern New Hampshire University will share additional information including: how to submit proof of vaccination, request exemptions, or work with the Health Center to ensure vaccination upon arrival.
